Privacy Policy

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, fill out a form, or otherwise interact with our website.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

In addition, when you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, referring and exit pages, and other usage data. See “Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Your Consent” below.

What Do We Use Your Information For?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
  • To process transactions (your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested)
  • To send periodic emails (the email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to occasional company news, updates, and related product or service information; you may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions at the bottom of each email)
  • For analytics, advertising, and measurement, where you have provided consent, so that we can understand how our site is used and reach people who may be interested in our programs

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Your Consent

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and software development kits (together, “tracking technologies”).

We use these technologies for essential site functionality and security, and — where you consent — for analytics, advertising, and measurement. The analytics and advertising services we use include:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (analytics and tag management)
  • Google Ads, including conversion tracking and remarketing
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel
  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing) Universal Event Tracking
  • CallRail (call tracking and attribution)
  • HubSpot (marketing, forms, and analytics)

These third parties may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, and may combine it with other information they hold. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Your consent and choices. When you first visit our website, we display a consent banner. Cookies and tracking technologies that are not strictly necessary — including advertising and analytics — are set to “denied” by default and are not activated until you provide consent by selecting “Continue” on the banner. We use Google Consent Mode to manage this. If you do not consent, non-essential tracking cookies are not placed; certain Google services may still receive limited, cookieless signals that do not identify you.

You can change your mind at any time. To review or withdraw your choices, use the Your Privacy Choices link to reopen the consent banner, or clear the cookies stored by your browser. You can also configure your browser to warn you when a cookie is being set or to refuse cookies altogether; note that if you turn cookies off, some of our services may not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone.

You may also opt out of certain third-party advertising through these tools:

  • Google Ads Settings and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
  • The Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info)
  • Meta ad preferences within your Facebook account

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?

We do not sell your personally identifiable information for money. We do share personal information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential, and with the analytics and advertising providers described above. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Our use of advertising and analytics cookies to enable interest-based advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law. You can opt out of this as described in “Your California Privacy Rights” below.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), gives you certain rights regarding your personal information.

Categories of personal information we may collect: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address); internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing history and interaction with our site); commercial information (such as products or services purchased or inquired about); approximate geolocation data (derived from IP address); and inferences drawn from the above.

Your rights:

  • The right to know and access the personal information we have collected about you
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information
  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights

How to exercise your rights: Use the Your Privacy Choices link to opt out of advertising and analytics cookies, or contact us using the details in “Contacting Us” below with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for DNT, our site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, we DO honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as required by California law. If your browser sends a GPC signal, advertising and analytics cookies will remain disabled for you automatically.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
