Below is a sample schedule of what a traditional week at Pali Institute looks like. This is an outline, but we will have small variations to this schedule during our season.

Daily Breaks
Each instructor will be guaranteed one 90min break per day. On select days our staff will receive a longer break, 2-2.5 hours, when their break time aligns with teacher time.
Staff Inservice Days
These occur once a month for additional training and development. Staff are expected to stay until 5pm on these Fridays instead of the usual 1pm. We will cover topics like resume building, wellness center training, team building, and a variety of other topics.
Saturday and Sunday
- One Weekend of work for Pali Institute is required per season.
- Opportunities to work on other weekends are available if you would like to make additional money.
