Pali Institute Camp To Classroom brings accredited, hands-on learning directly to your school, led by the same instructors who teach at our mountain and desert campuses. Designed for grades 2–8, this program allows students to engage in meaningful, inquiry-based learning without the cost or logistics of overnight travel.
Camp To Classroom is created for schools that want meaningful experiential education within the school day. Whether introducing younger grade levels to outdoor learning, supporting curriculum goals, or building toward a future overnight trip, this program delivers the depth and quality schools expect from Pali Institute.

A PALI INSTITUTE EXPERIENCE, AT YOUR CAMPUS
Camp To Classrooms are not assemblies or one-off presentations. Each experience is led by trained Pali Institute instructors and designed to actively engage students through investigation, collaboration, and real-world problem solving.
Programs can run for one or multiple days and do not need to be consecutive. Schedules are customized around your bell schedule, lunch periods, and available spaces, allowing instruction to integrate smoothly into the school day. View our sample schedule here.
WHAT THE EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE
Schedules are customized to support your curriculum and campus needs. While each school’s schedule is tailored to supplement their curriculum, a typical Camp To Classroom day may include:
- Instructor arrival and setup before the school day begins
- Two to three facilitated class sessions
- Activities aligned with grade level and learning goals
- Built-in breaks coordinated with your school schedule
All instruction is led by Pali Institute staff, allowing teachers to support students while we facilitate the learning.

Students are guided by the same trained instructors who lead programs at Pali Institute’s mountain and desert campuses. Our staff are experienced in classroom management at Pali Institute-appropriate facilitation, and adapting programming to different school environments.

No. Pali Institute instructors lead all instruction and activities. Teachers remain present to support students but are not responsible for lesson delivery or facilitation.

Pali Institute’s Camp to Classroom is grounded in experiential education and supports NGSS and Common Core Standard academic learning goals for CA, AZ, and NV. Pali Institute is WASC and AEE accredited, and our programs emphasize inquiry, collaboration, and real-world application.
Programs are designed to work within the spaces available at your school. This may include classrooms, multipurpose rooms, outdoor areas, or shared spaces. We will coordinate space needs with you during scheduling.
Camp to Classroom is available to all Southern California schools beginning in March 2026. Our service area will expand to serve Arizona and Nevada schools beginning in August 2026. Schools outside this area may inquire about additional travel options.
Capacity depends on grade level, schedule, and available space. We will work with you to design a program that fits your student count and campus.
