Students will explore the fascinating world of mushrooms.

What’s Covered

They’ll grow a variety of mushrooms, such as Bioluminescent Mushrooms, Lion’s Mane, and Chicken of the Forest, while learning about their ecological role in the forest through mycelium networks. Some of the mushrooms, like Lobster Tail and Chicken of the Forest, will be used in vegan dishes. Students will harvest their mushrooms and use them to create a variety of dishes, from mushroom soup to salads, adding a fun culinary twist to the lesson!
