Hello All,
It seems as if we have officially entered fire season in Southern California. Currently, there are two major fires affecting the Southern California area. The first one ranges from Glendale to Pasadena in the Angeles National Forest and the second is centered in Yucaipa/Oak Glen. Neither of these fires pose any threat to the Running Springs area and Pali Institute. Fire crews are making great progress in containing these fires, with the Yucaipa/Oak Glen fires being 75 percent contained. We wish everyone who is affected by the fires all the best. We definitely know what you are going through, as Pali was evacuated for 2 weeks during the October 2007 Slide Fire.
